In a 2021 meta-analysis of 12 separate data sets researchers determined "Lemon Balm significantly improved mean anxiety and depression scores compared with the placebo." (link)

A 2021 analysis of herbal medicines for brain health determined that "lemon balm has been demonstrated to elevate GABA levels" (link) This is valuable because low GABA has been associated with several mental health conditions, while increased GABA plays a major role in reducing anxiety and stress. Another double-blind placebo controlled comparative study in 2001 found "Lemon Balm increased mood and significantly increased calmness and alertness." (link)

Additionally, the National Library of Medicine (NIH) cites "Ginseng shows superior regulation of stress, as compared with that shown by other adaptogens" and that "studies have also shown that ginseng has excellent anti-stress effects." (link)

This being noted, much like with alcohol, adaptogens's positive effects vary from person to person.

Yes! Our beers are brewed using traditional methods.

Most non-alcoholic beers are made by removing alcohol from full ABV beer through either heat, vacuum, or using chemicals. The problem is that when you remove alcohol down to 0.0% ABV, you also remove much of the flavor and aroma. This is why we do not remove the trace alcohol from our beers.

Instead of removing alcohol, some other non-alcoholic beers dilute their alcoholic beers with sugary, malty water to increase their profits. We never dilute, or water-down our beers. It's gross.

Our beers taste like their traditional, full alcohol counterparts.
